We started out in a low price range, realized quickly we would have to change our demographics and he would send new listing that day. We changed our location several times and he had new listings for us within no time. Once we finally found the house ( many many later) ;) His negotiation skills were phenomenal. He helped find an inspector, and always went way above and beyond! Prior to us buying a house he gave the same professional help in finding our rental several years ago. Worked for me in my best interest, when I was selling the house. Helped with the removal of nasty tenants. Also hired people in the moving out of tenants property like furniture, trash etcetera.

I closed on a house through Hubzu which was a very difficult process. Nathan walk with me the entire process and communicated almost every day. As my rep he went to bat for me with the title company and tried to speed up the process. Will work with him again
