Nathan was recommended by a friend of mine and he did not disappoint! He helped me find a property that I love under all the requirements that I did and didn’t know I had. He’s very genuine and sincere and always kept me motivated when some offers fell through. Offered sound advice too, that a first time buyer like me was searching for. Major plus I have of him too is that he’s with you at every showing and property you want to view. I definitely felt like he was on my side when I was searching for my new home.

I met Nathan by chance at an open house he was showing in my neighborhood. He was polite and easy to talk to and I mentioned to him that I might be in the market soon (like in a year or several) for a realtor - he had already given me some helpful tips and paperwork before. Things changed and I actually reached back out to him within the year and it was off to the races. He was very friendly but also straightforward, never felt pressured or rushed, and most importantly, he listened to what I wanted. Searching for your first home is SUCH a process and emotional rollercoaster with so many moving parts but he was patient and attentive at every step of the way. My escrow was during the holidays when everyone is busy and scarce but Nathan really stepped up and guided me through it all during an inconvenient time. Not to mention, he had trusted vendors for things I didn't even know I'd need that came in very clutch even AFTER my purchase. He's a genuine person which is an excellent quality, especially for a realtor and I'm grateful we were able to work together on such a huge step in my life. Highly recommend!

Nathan really knows the SoCal market. He knew the area I lived in and loved my little home. I was impressed that he would always be available to answer my questions and concerns. He went above and beyond to help make the sale possible. Nathan is the best at what he does. A great agent and I consider him my friend.

My first conversation with Nathan was on the phone with some basic questions from each side. We made an appointment to meet at my home. Nathan came over with a portfolio of the neighborhood sales and sales he has made. He laid out the plans how he was going to sell my house. Nathan was very knowledgeable with marketing real estate. Nathan was more than a realtor. He assisted running errands for me, fixing things around the house, able to refer contractors. At the end he was more than a realtor, handyman he was a friend. I would highly recommend him for your real estate needs. He is professional, hard worker and knowledgeable.

Working with Nathan was a pleasure. We have few bumps in the road but he was patient and very pleasant!
