I very much enjoyed working with Nathen. Started looking for a house the beginning of 2022. Wrote some purchase agreement, byt was out bidded. Nathen kept my hopes high with finding a home. Took the summer off inwhich he kept in touch with me at all times. December 3rd I called him up because I wanted to look a 2 house. Looked at houses on the 5th. Did not like them. I mention another house to look at. He got on the phone with the other agent. And was able to see it right away. Walked in the house loved it. Wrote the agreement up that day. Closed on my new home on January 6th. I have purchase two other homes in the past and worked at a morgage company. Nathen, Travis and the whole team at Metzen Reality in South Saint Paul was the best team I have ever worked with. Very caring people, friendly, kind and you can tell, they love pleasing people.
Nate was great to work with, he was very responsive and a great communicator. He was flexible and prompt with showing requests we wanted to see. He was able to negotiate us buying a new home and made sure the timing was right so we wouldn’t have to move twice. He’s also been there for us for random questions after closing and moving. Nate is incredible. It’s the only way to put it. Any question you may have he has an answer. If things get complicated he knows exactly what to do & how to navigate a tricky situation to the best outcome. I was as nervous as can be when selling my house & he showed me the path & held my hand through it the whole way. 10/10 would recommend.
Where do I begin? Like many of you, my wife and I found ourselves in the whirlwind of what we call the 2022 housing market. Purchasing a house is a hassle, and if I didn’t have Nathan with me by my side every step of the way I would of never made it. He definitely makes stuff happen in any situation.
From the start Nate was driven to get my place on the market, and get showings started up. This was a blessing, because I was trying to get the property off my hands fast. He was very knowledgeable in knowing what little things we could do to spruce up the place and get the condo sold. He also went out of his way at every corner to show up for an electrical box change out, and when we ran into a problem with the door lock!! Really would suggest Nate to everyone will definitely be using him when I decide to buy!
