My wife and I met Nathan through our loan officer and it was one of the best choices we made in having him as our realtor. Nathan is always willing to talk to you either by phone or text message. He explained to us several things we didn't know about home-offers and was willing to show us a house (which is now ours, YAY!) even when it wasn't very convenient for him. We highly recommend Nathan as a realtor to anyone who is looking for a home...we already told our family members about him in case someone is on the look out for a home.

From start to finish Nathan did a wonderful job. We closed in significantly less time that I expected. In addition to this, when issues did arise, Nathan stepped up to the occasion! He got involved with the contractors, tenants & city to help keep things on time & on target. I'm not sure I would have been able to do it without his help. He did all of this while I was outside the country. Truly impressive from beginning to end!
