Nathan Kalk was our realtor when we purchased our home in Clermont, Fl. My husband had talked to him at an earlier date on the phone and liked him. We called him and didn’t realize he was almost 2 hours away . But, we decided to work with him. He was OUTSTANDING!! The distance made no difference to him. He was always available, knowledgeable, efficient and couldn’t have been nicer to work with!! We highly recommend Nate Kalk if you want over a 5 star rating. He was truly the best!
