Honest. Ethical. Tactful. Great Communicator. Nate worked with my wife and I over the course of a few weeks of home hunting. We appreciated his expertise, his ability to tactfully give us guidance during the offer process, but perhaps his best quality is maintaining constant communication through the purchase process. He really helped light a fire under the lender whom I can only describe as unresponsive... It should be noted that Nate worked with us during particularly competitive market conditions, yet it didn't take too terribly long to get an accepted offer on a perfect match! Do recommend!
