He took the time out of his weekend to be at the title company to make sure everything went smoothly as we signed our papers. Every homeowner knows the lengthy process there! We liked that Nate was not pushy towards trying to get us to buy the first few homes we viewed with him, instead he walked through the homes and pointed out pros and cons of the first few properties! The home we ended up closing on was completely unexpected. Nate was willing to meet us 20 minutes out of town to view the home late in the evening.
