We are not local to the area and we chose a lakefront property that interested us that wasn’t always available to see when we were available. Nathan stayed on top of it and called us with an opening that did work in our schedule. We ended up buying the property no questions asked. We had already been looking at others and settling in a different area and because of Nathan’s diligence we purchased the property he was representing.
