Look no further as Nathan is your guy. He was incredibly communicative, helpful and overall very supportive in a process that was both new and overwhelming for us as first-time home buyers. He answered all of our questions and was available at all times. We had a unique home-buying experience and made it rather difficult in some cases, but Nathan managed each and every request for us with ease. I could not recommend Nathan more and will continue to refer friends and colleagues as we were honestly sad that we wouldn’t be chatting with him as much once we closed! He continues to be helpful months after our sale and will look to him in our future home purchasing endeavors. The day we met Nathan when he was hosting an Open House at a property of interest to us, it was clear that he was extremely knowledgeable about the current state of the housing market and was very informed about the areas/neighborhoods that we were expressing interest in. We were having a difficult time with our lender-assigned agent, so we decided to reach out to Nathan to see if he was interested/available to help us buy our first home. Nathan took the time to understand the type of house we were looking for and really understood our "sweet-spot" of a fixer-upper that we could afford. We wanted something that needed work (to help keep us in budget), but not a house that needed to be gutted down to the studs. Nathan showed us many houses in a short span of time that were within or very close to our budget limit. He took the time to thoroughly understand the level of renovation we were hoping to find. In a competitive market, we were able to buy our first home in just about 3 months when working with Nathan. Then, from the time our offer was accepted, Nathan was incredibly helpful the rest of the way by providing recommendations for home inspection, insurance, and guiding us through the closing process. He was even able to negotiate credit from the seller even though the house was being sold "as-is." Overall, I could not speak more highly of Nathan due to our excellent experience with him as our buying agent. I will be recommending Nathan to any of my family, friends, or coworkers who are looking to buy a house.
