Nate was wonderful throughout the process. Moving to another state is challenging but we were able to find the perfect home with Nate's help. While he is careful to not mix his opinions with his responsibilities, he is capable of noting features of a house to note. The home we purchased was a short-sale, so the process and negotiation were limited. He was able to assist us in our questions and was patient in our shopping experience, especially as we asked to look at house that were not what we wanted (and he knew it!).
