Before we Nathan, we spoke with a number of other realtors, in the area and were surprised how much more responsive and patient Nathan is. He did not try to upsell more expensive properties (like others) and worked with us thru multiple showings/offers we were making until we found what suited us best. Here is what we liked about Nathan 1. He was at the showings 15 minutes early every time. 2. Showed us apartments we were interested in (price range and location) 3. Showed multiple times when we asked. 4. Submitted offers we asked to submit. As summary. Just go with this guy and save your time! If there is a property on the market that suit your needs/budget, then you will find it and will buy it!
