Nathan and Mary Beam

Nathan is a wonderful VA realtor. He knows everything there is to know about a VA loan to make everything much smoother on us. He worked with us through not just one, but two houses, after the first house fell through. He even still helps us nearly a year after the fact. He is also a Christian man and works closely with his wife! They work for the church in areas growing people closer to God, as well as themselves. We will use him for any future home buying we may have in the area.

Nathan was absolutely incredible to work with. He is an extremely personable realtor who was honest the entire process. When we found a home we wanted he had a written offer ready to go within hours as well. And once we moved into the home buying process he answered any and all questions I had, which as a first time home buyer were many. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, I felt like I had gained a friend at the end of the process. Thanks Nathan for making our first home buying experience stress free!
