I was referred over to Nate as I was looking into purchasing my first home. I reached out a few months before I planned on looking and he was great at explaining the process! Last minute I found a house online and reached out and he helped me schedule a showing, and then worked with me to get a great offer! We had some hiccups along the way and he constantly answered my questions, fought to help me, and even handled a noise found in the house on final walkthrough day! I can’t recommend Nate enough, or thank him enough for helping me get into my first home!
