I reach out to Nate from a recommendation of a mutual friend. We had out initial meeting explaining my requirements for the new home Nate was encouraging and set out to look for My home. Every day I will get recommendations for new homes and updates from the ones we we interested. For over a month we were up and down the state looking at properties. After couple disappointments we found THE ONE. Nate got on it immediately and was following up with the seller, to see where our offer stand! When the affirmation came, Nate was like the Master of Ceremonies co-ordination everything with the inspectors, surveyors, insurance and Tittle office. When time for the final paperwork came it was such a relief! No paperwork issues no snuggles. Almost a Celebration! Post closing he also supplied me with leads to Electrician and a floor Teach. I'm very happy with Nate and will use his services again in the future.
