My realtor, Nate Holler, made selling my house a smooth, easy experience. He’s professional, knowledgeable, yet friendly. This is my second time using Intrepid, once to purchase a home, and now for selling. I highly recommend this realtor and company.
Nate was amazing to work with, he was able to handle everything behind the scenes which enabled me to focus on family and life I did not worry about the property. Everything from the listing, the communication, the paperwork, and the closing was quick and on time. I was able to explain things I did not understand, and even did me a couple favors outside of his scope of work. I would and will use Nate if I ever move back to Cedar Rapids.
Nate Holler did a phenomenal job for us. He was responsive, very personable, and also gave expert advice. Nate provided seasoned experience and wisdom for us during a time when the market was bumpy and hard to predict. I would highly recommend him and Intrepid Real Estate!
Nate has 4 properties for sale and sold 14 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
