The Nate Evans Group also has nine Buyer Specialists who focus on finding you the perfect home. Our agents are local professionals who are knowledgeable about the market and ever changing inventory available. It is their priority to put together a portfolio of homes based on your criteria – price, location, size – and provide access to these homes based on your schedule. Once you are ready to make an offer, they will provide their expertise in negotiating a final sales contract.
