I found Natasha through a Google search when I was starting the process of selling my mom’s house. She was so helpful right from the start. I had never bought or sold a home before, and she guided me the entire way. I live out of state so our first interactions were over phone and e-mail, but I could already tell I made the right choice. As soon as I got back to Iowa she came over to discuss the open house and let me know what I needed to do. It was a very stressful and sad time for me. I was staying at the house during this process because I was packing up the rest of my mom’s belongings. Natasha was very understanding and compassionate. She always gave me plenty of notice before showings and open houses, and complimented me on all my hard work. She has a lot of connections in the community and scheduled some needed repairs with her trusted contacts (electric/plumbing/etc). She also arranged a donation for the tools in my mom’s garage to a local construction school. It’s comforting to know that so many of my mom’s beloved things went to help others. Natasha would come over to explain contracts to me in person, was helpful and kind every step of the way, and I always felt better after talking to her. I had already come home by the time of the closing. Natasha and her team helped to make it a seamless process, even when I was out of state. She also sent me pictures of flowers in my mom’s yard that bloomed after I left. I highly recommend her and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, whether it’s your first time or you’re very experienced. She was a joy to be around and I’m very thankful to have met her.
