Natasha Quiles

When my husband and I were ready to sell our house, we were very nervous. We used a different realtor to buy, and the experience was not great. When we initially reached out to Natasha, we weren't ready to sell but wanted to spend more time exploring our options. I cannot tell you how happy I am that we worked with Natasha! She was respective of our boundaries - she asked us our preferences of communication and frequency up front and stuck to that throughout our experience. She was timely - everything I needed was answered quickly and thoroughly. She was creative - she created beautiful social media posts and public flyers - our house never looked so beautiful! She was thorough - she let us know what would be coming up at each step so I always felt prepared about what to expect. She was also well connected with potential buyers, realtors, contractors, etc. in the area, which was a great relief to us. She was a great negotiator - this was really key for us. She told us all of the options we had whenever we were going to make a decision, and she advocated for us 100%. We moved out of state, and she was really awesome in the transition process for that as well for us. If you get the chance - call Natasha!
