Choose Natasha only if you want someone who is responsive (responds to emails, sends texts and calls), someone who understands the real estate landscape and has a good grasp of the school, someone who listens and will adjust hear searches based your thoughts, someone who suggests alternatives to you without making you feel that what you want is ridiculous and someone who is detailed oriented (obsessively takes pictures on moving in of every little speck so that when you are ready to move out, she has a pic saying ...nope, it wasn't caused by my client).
