My husband and I were first time home buyers and were referred to this group by our parents. When we decided to start looking for our house we scheduled a time to meet with them to start “interviewing” realtors, when we arrived we were introduced to Dennis, Natasha and Judee. They sat down with us and listened to everything we were looking for while throwing in their knowledge on the subject and my husband and I couldn’t have been more thrilled. They spent almost 2 hours with us that day, and after that we knew we wanted to work with them and didn’t waste our time speaking with any other realtors. Working with Natasha and her Team was an absolutely amazing experience! Right from the start we were given access to an awesome tool that allowed us to filter through all the available listings in the cities we were looking at. This saved us a lot of time searching for open houses to look at. What was so impressive was the depth of knowledge Natasha provided about the market and the areas we were looking at. We have lived in the area we purchased our home for almost 20 years and for everything we thought we knew about the market and the area, Natasha was there to provide even more details about where we were looking to purchase. Nothing can replace experience and Natasha and her team showed that on a regular basis. The advice we were given on a regular basis was crucial to us finding the right place for us. The most comforting thing about the entire process was the communication we received. We were fully informed at all times no matter if it was good or bad news. Natasha was a pleasure to work with. She was patient & informative - two of the most important attributes of a realtor. You can tell that Natasha really cares about her clients and what she does for a living. I had a lot of questions during the home buying process as it was my first time. She was up as early as 6am responding to my emails all the way until 10pm. I would highly recommend her - she has a very strong work ethic & an experienced team to refer to.
