Natasha was willing to work with my schedule and showed me all the houses I wanted to see. She gave helpful ideas on what houses seemed worth fixing and those that were probably too much work. She was happy to keep showing me further houses and did not rush to make a sale. When I decided I wanted to put an offer on a house that we’d seen at 4pm, she worked with me to put an offer in by 11pm. She was great about offering local contacts for the various necessary steps who were professional and very reasonably priced. I had the option to look for these myself, but it was really nice to just check her contacts’ quotes against the market and let her handle everything. She arranged all the meetings and made an extra trip to show my family from out of town the house. She’s been great about being available for further questions and renovation contacts now that I have the house. I have really enjoyed working with Natasha and recommend her to anyone looking in the area.
