She gave me honest-feeling answers on everything I asked, and was extremely patient with me when I needed her to explain things. She had great recommendations for people like mortgage brokers, inspectors, contractors, etc., and made herself available regularly to answer questions and to assist with every single thing I needed. I felt valued, felt like she cared, and believe fully that she truly wanted the best outcome for me. I think her most impactful talent was the negotiating she did with the sellers. Even though it meant less money for her commission, she negotiated fiercely with the sellers and saved me thousands of dollars. Truly a professional, but in the best ways for which I ever could have asked.
