She was great, she helped me find a house that fit my future plans and helped me stay within a budget. She also kept up to date with me and also looked into houses that which I looked into as well. Which is why I ended up with what I got now. She also listened to what I was looking for and accommodated to my 3rd shift schedule.

Let me share my experience with you. I have known Natally for many years and in a few different aspects. I am an electrician by trade, and she has sold more than a few homes that my company wired, which is great for my business as well, so naturally when I was looking to purchase a new home, she was quite literally my first and only call for a realtor. She answered all my questions and then some. I asked this poor girl a million questions, and I am sure that some of them were dumb questions, but she never batted an eye or treated me like an idiot. She always gave me clear answers. She also never misled me. If anything, she erred on the side of caution. Under promise and over deliver kind of thing. We looked at hundreds of houses, virtually, thanks to covid. We found one that fit all of my needs and then some. It needed a bit of work for my financing to go through, but she worked out all the details with the sellers for me. She kept me informed about every step. From the offer to the acceptance. It was super easy for my part. I have literally had more trouble getting a vehicle worked on than I did purchasing a house. And to make things even better, I got a phenomenal deal on my house. My family and I couldn't be any happier! You had better believe that if I ever go to purchase another home, she will again be my first and only call!!

My wife and I moved across country for a career change that happend very fast for us. We came out for 1 weekend to look, find and put a purchase contract on a new home. I sent Natally a large list of homes to look at in three days and discussed what we were looking for and need to look in multiple areas as we wanted to stay more rural. She sorted out the list of houses and set us up for a house hunting blitz. She was a lot of fun and so knowledgeable she put us in the perfect area on day one after phone conversation on our wants and needs for location. We had a purchase contract on our new home after our first day. Natally was extremely knowledgeable of commute times to our new work areas, school districts, and other pros and cons to Madison and it’s surrounding areas. After our purchase contract she handled everything for us until we arrived 6 weeks later To close and unload our moving truck.
