I would say the most important part to me in any business relationship is keeping the customer/client informed and up to date on what's going on with the transaction, Natalia would always answer her phone or text or emails right away. top notch customer care and knowledge of all aspects of the sale of my house. I would highly recommend her and cant wait to work with her again.
