Convincing from the stand point that she was extremely knowledgeable about the Atlanta market; She demonstrated that she pays close attention to the details and understanding your particular needs; she is very quick with offering ideas; Most importantly, she is extremely passionate about her work.That sealed the deal for me, day 1.
