My experience with Natalie was amazing. In March or April of this year I was living in Nunn and I needed to sell my house, a house I had just bought. Many people told me it was impossible to sell it and I needed to wait at least 3 years. I contacted Natalie to get a different opinion on what we could do. She made it happen!!! She was able to sell the house and I was able to be stress free. Finding another house was almost near impossible, but of course Natalie made it happen. We looked at many houses and she was honest and told me this one wont work or this one I see this . She never made me feel pressured into buying a house. She was amazing and she is dialed in at her job !! I was lucky to haver as my realtor but most important I get to call her my very good friend.

Outstanding professionalism and knowledge of the housing market. Went above and beyond all expectations. What is available 24/7 which was a huge asset to me as I was from out of state. If I ever have the opportunity to buy/sell again Natalie will be the only realtor I would want to represent me. You will find none better.

Buying a new home is A LOT but Natalie helped manage my stress by being a total expert. She kept us well informed the entire process. She was patient as I asked the same question 10 times and was proactive in getting us information we didn’t know we needed. She was a strong advocate for us and relayed all of our needs and stayed on top of everything so we didn’t have to have any stress! She also was a great non biased third party who really helped my husband and I communicate in a high stress environment. 10/10 would recommend Natalie. Also she is hilarious which made the entire process even more fun!

Natalie Willard did such an incredible job helping me with my home buying experience. Her knowledge of the entire process was very comforting as I went through it. She was very to quick to respond with any questions I had at any time! 5 stars for Natalie!
