Natalie is extremely professional, responsive, and knowledgeable about properties in and around Port Saint Joe and Mexico Beach. During an initial conversation she listened to what kind of property we were looking for AND why we were looking to buy in that area. Using all this information she developed a set of potential properties that fulfilled both the “what” and the “why”. She sent us a comprehensive packet of those properties in advance of the day she took us to tour them so we would be familiar with them and could develop any questions we might have. We then met her in her Mexico Beach office so we could go see each property in person. She did not rush us and is a fountain of knowledge on the area, it’s history, and builders and businesses that can help us after purchase.
