The whole experience was easy. She scheduled the photographer for professional listing photos promptly so we could make a good first impression when listing went live. Helped give pointers on staging the home for pics and showings. Gathered all required docs for closing well ahead of time so all we had to provide at closing was a signature. Held open houses on a regular basis to ensure we were getting traffic. Listened to our concerns and helped guide us through decisions by answering our questions in a timely and professional yet casual manner. Felt like she was fighting for us and not just chasing a sale. Was patient, understanding, reassuring and professional.
