Natalie was incredibly kind and down to earth. She has a fabulous knowledge of the area, kept my expectations in mind and was always available to answer my questions and show houses that fit my schedule. She has such a warm personality and I felt I could relate to her as a friend.

Helped give pointers on staging the home for pics and showings. Gathered all required docs for closing well ahead of time so all we had to provide at closing was a signature. Held open houses on a regular basis to ensure we were getting traffic. Listened to our concerns and helped guide us through decisions by answering our questions in a timely and professional yet casual manner. Felt like she was fighting for us and not just chasing a sale. Was patient, understanding, reassuring and professional.

During our house buying process we’ve encountered a lot of problems. We are a low income family, so we had to work with rehouse bay in order to be able to afford our house. Not many realtors out here on the panhandle even know what that is, and especially how difficult it is to actually receive the funds from it. Fortunately, Nat has been able to provide us all the help she could get. She was able to find us a house that fit all the requirements necessary for this program to work within a really short period of time, negotiated almost 10K off the asking price which automatically earned us some equity, fought like hell to keep this whole situation under control (once again, rehouse bay is VERY picky), found us some amazing lenders that were able to get our pre approval up to the right amount and locked us in a great interest rate, and still managed to close on time! We could not be any happier. I can almost 100% guarantee that if it weren’t for Natalie, we would still be overpaying for rent and living in space half as big as this.
