I used to work in real estate and have a good understanding of the buying/selling process having seen deals from both sides. I know that some realtors are better than others, and when it came time to sell my house, I didn't expect anything more than a realtor who would list the property, and eventually negotiate the sale price, all while being professional and courteous along the way... because listing agents have it easier, right? Wrong. Because the buyer's agent does most of the work, right? Wrong. Natalie shattered every preconceived notion that I ever had about realtors. I have never seen anyone work so smart and so hard at the same time. First, she completely transformed my home in the staging process, and then marketed my home generously. No stone was left unturned, and Natalie gave me regular updates. Within 2 months of first listing my house, I closed for over asking. Natalie is a rare gem of a realtor, and no one else could have or would have done what she did. I will certainly recommend her to my family and friends.
