I cannot say enough good things about Natalie Pons. She made the home buying process seamless and made my husband and I feel like we were her only clients. Natalie was incredibly organized, responsive and encouraging. She was available 24/7 and managed to find us our dream home in an insane market. I highly recommend working with Natalie, you will not regret it!

Natalie is a very thorough and caring agent, who always puts the client’s interests first. She will tailor to your needs throughout the entire process to find what you need. From browsing to touring to inspections to negotiations and closing and even check ins afterwards. She always answered my messages even late at night, attended my inspection when I could not and was there for me 100% of the time. She also found a great lender who was also very thorough and personable who i would work with again. Even in this market where prices are so high, I was able to find my first home within budget that was a turn key condo - below $300k which is very difficult to find nowadays on Cape Cod. I highly recommend.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Griffin and Realty, but more specifically, my realtor Natalie. Natalie is a Cape Cod resident, but when I told her I was looking to purchase in central Massachusetts she didn’t flinch. She met me the weekend after I was pre-appoved and showed me the properties I wanted to see as well as a few of her own suggestions based on my perimeters. That first weekend we saw about 15 houses and she pointed out a lot of elements I hadn’t considered (basement flooding, hot water tank age, ability to expand, etc.) She absolutely had my best interest at heart at each viewing. It was the last house on my list to see that weekend, and I was absolutely exhausted, but when I finally saw my house, I knew it. We did the walkthrough and I told her “this is it” and from there she took over and got me into my dream home. Natalies communication is superb and exactly what I needed as an overwhelmed first time homebuyer. She walked me through every step and explained what I should expect next. She was available to me when I needed her most and found answers for me almost immediately, any time of day or night. If you are looking for someone to just sell you a house, Natalie isn’t it. If you are looking for someone to get to know you, and completely understand your wants and needs, Natalie is absolutely it.

Natalie made buying our first home a wonderful experience. She went above and beyond for us with every step! Purchasing a home in Massachusetts while being in Alaska was not an easy task. We had strict guidelines to follow from the VA and Natalie made sure all the boxes were checked! Natalie was there for us when we couldn't be -- starting with virtual tours of all the homes we were interested in. Her communication was incredible! She responded to all our questions quick, even with us being being in a different time zone -- 4 hours behind. She kept us updated with every detail and was very knowledgeable with the entire buying and processing experience. She walked us through every step, including the inspections, repairs, and closing. We are so happy with our home! We told Natalie what we were looking for in a home and she made it happen. Amazing experience in the middle of an extremely competitive market.
