She helped us through several failed bids (outbid and bid withdrawal) and helped us navigate a withdrawal from a purchase after when we learned about a deal-breaker. Ultimately, Natalie helped us through the entire process as first-time home-owners from touring (in-person and virtually) to closing and beyond.
