She helped us through several failed bids (outbid and bid withdrawal) and helped us navigate a withdrawal from a purchase after when we learned about a deal-breaker. Ultimately, Natalie helped us through the entire process as first-time home-owners from touring (in-person and virtually) to closing and beyond. Natalie has now helped us buy two homes and sell one home in just under three years and she has been absolutely amazing for all three homes! On the only two offers we have ever made, she got us both our homes under asking price in extremely competitive markets!
