She helped us through several failed bids (outbid and bid withdrawal) and helped us navigate a withdrawal from a purchase after when we learned about a deal-breaker. Ultimately, Natalie helped us through the entire process as first-time home-owners from touring (in-person and virtually) to closing and beyond. Natalie has now helped us buy two homes and sell one home in just under three years and she has been absolutely amazing for all three homes! First, she took us on as first time home buyers and then again when we were ready to find our new home. Natalie is fantastic in that she gives you her honest feedback and shoots you straight with each house you are looking at. She genuinely is there to make sure you get what you are looking for!
