Natalie is truly passionate, extremely skillful!

I own a few properties, but I have never worked with anyone like Natalie! I have three words to describe her: EXCEPTIONAL, PASSIONATE AND GENUINE!!! My only regret is not meeting her sooner. She is truly passionate, extremely skillful when communicating/ negotiating, extremely intelligent and she DEEPLY CARES for her clients. Natalie was extremely supportive in every way possible from understanding our needs to helping us navigate difficult scenarios/negotiations during our home buying process. She has been on the phone with our lawyers, lenders, sellers and our tenants for hours at all times of the day to ensure we are supported in every way possible throughout the whole process. She has in-depth knowledge of the local market, can provide valuable insights on market trends along with detailed analysis for investment properties. She never downplayed any of our concerns and very tactfully negotiated our concerns with the sellers. She is also well connected with the community so whenever we needed contractors or people for a certain job she always came through with helpful suggestions. She is truly passionate about what she does and goes above and beyond for her clients unlike many other realtors that I have worked with. Despite closing the house, Natalie has continued to support us with our investment properties which you will not find with any another realtor. She is simply outstanding and THE BEST in her field. I can’t recommend her enough!!!!!
