I am an investor buying, selling and renting properties all the time and I've used many agents in the past before choosing Natalie as my one and only agent for all of my real-estate transactions. She is super dedicated, very professional, honest, transparent and the most active and hard working person I've ever met. She understands the real-estate market, she knows how to approach different people and situations, and she is a very competent and knowledgeable realtor. I was amazed with the level of analysis and research she performed on the properties I considered for investment! Nobody ever done that for me in the past. She is very effective in how she lays out the information, numbers, and facts to help her clients make the most educated decision. Most importantly, Natalie is very open and straight forward in pointing out potential pit falls and problems. She is not there to make a quick sale!
