Natalie is highly intelligent ... and a real human being to boot! She is extremely knowledgeable as to the homes she shows and the closing process itself. She is very accessible (18 hours a day!??) and never cross, despite endless stupid questions from us:)) She goes out of the way to help. No mindless "yes" answers from her. She investigates and is not shy to call a colleague or do a bit of research to get the correct answer. Very knowledgeable about the regional real estate market and local characteristics that might affect housing valuation going forward (demographic trends; new businesses opening up, etc.). Points out bad as well as good in homes shown, defaulting to common sense and honesty instead of mindless boosterism! Perhaps the best contribution Natalie made to the success of our finally closing on a home was to help us fine tune our offers to remain competitive (but not outrageously so, as we had limited funds) in this super heated sellers market. That and advice as to what inspections and rights to insist on in negotiations and what not to insist on, kept us in the game and finally yielded fruit, with a Seller choosing us over a higher bid. Natalie has great contacts amongst lenders, appraisers and construction/renovation people (we used her recommendation to renovate the place we closed on and he was exactly as she said he would be: honest, timely, competent, and professional (like Natalie herself!). My wife and I give Natalie an unqualified recommendation and we will ask her to represent us on our next home purchase. Peter and Gayane K.
