Great Agent

Natalie was recommended to us by another agent to sell our property in Winter Haven. It was a beautiful property, but needed a very particular buyer. Even though my husband and I were inpatient, Natalie held the course and kept reminding us that all was well. And she was right. She found a buyer who gave us our asking price and it was a very smooth transaction. She even went way above and beyond, removing some debris from the property at the buyers request. Since we were out of town and couldn’t do it ourselves, she took the initiative and got the job done, without cost to us. She always responded to calls and texts very promptly.
