Natalie explained the process of the sale from beginning to end. She sat down with me and had all of the comparable homes in the area and the sheet on the cost breakdowns. We had a feeling that the house was going to go quickly but I didn't expect it to sell on the first open house. We didn't even get to post the professional pictures online which was unbelievable. Her photographer was amazing and at least I have the pictures to remember my property. Natalie kept in communication with me all the time and let me know the buyers that were interested. She walked me through the process of what's next after I agreed to the offer given. Natalie was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. I cannot thank her enough.
