I cannot say enough good things about Natalie. She originally was helping my parents find a home until they decided to wait until the summer, but they loved working with her so much they referred her to me. I am so grateful they did, she made my first-time home buyer experience feel effortless and enjoyable. Natalie is so genuine and she is such a hard worker, she will literally move mountains to get you whatever it is you need/want while minimizing the stress as much as possible. We had a very short close on my home, but she stayed on top of everything and was also extremely supportive and tolerant of me when I was having some panicky moments! I truly enjoyed working with her, she is an amazing agent as well as an amazing person that you can rely on and trust. I am Just so pleased and impressed with this entire experience. I had a long list of home requirements but Natalie was very patient with me and showed me a lot homes before we finally found the right one. She helped me find a home with an open concept kitchen/living room, finished basement with a bed and full bath, big backyard, close to downtown Parker, and walking distance to a brewery! No other agent could have done that, I could not recommend her highly enough.

Putting up the house in this weird market really had me worried. But Natalie and Scott went above and beyond to help put me in a good position to get the house ready and on the market. They handled all the details, such as furniture staging, helping me concentrate on the things I needed to do. They understood the market, got me to a good fair asking price and went out of their way to make sure I got in front of as many buyers as possible, doing multiple open houses, among other things. They also helped me with things like pulling weeds that popped up, watering plants, keeping the home clean, etc. This really helped in keeping the home looking good while it was on the market. While other homes nearby have stayed on the market, our house sold relatively quickly. And I contribute that to their help, knowledge and expertise. Thank you for a great job. Certainly will use them in the future when buying or selling a home!!!
