Natalie was very helpful in suggesting various things to prep the house for sale. She walked us through the process of selling the home. She negotiated a higher selling price for us in a short amount of time. Natalie is very friendly and understands the business very well.
Five stars is not a high enough rating for Natalie. This was our second time buying/selling a home and I can say Natalie's knowledge and expertise was exactly what we needed! The first home buying/selling experience, the realtor was there but really did not offer any type of guidance. Natalie, however, spent time really trying to understand what we were looking for and the issues we had experienced with our (then) current home. She kept that information in mind, making sure to address our expressed concerns as we were walking through houses. Natalie made sure we were knowledgeable about the process for both buying and selling, what to look out for, and really helped us get the most money we could for the house we were selling. Without a doubt I will work with Natalie for any future real estate needs and will refer her to anyone I hear is wanting to buy/sell.
