When it rains. It pours!

We started looking at selling and buying our new house. Which was a first for the wife and I and can be a scary experience going in. Especially when you don’t know what you’re doing. Natalie however has the spark, the flair, the “IT” for real estate! We first started our journey by getting listed and Natalie did a great job getting us professional photos and staging our home. No low resolution for us! Then lo and behold we had 1 couple come look and BOOM! Our house was under contract. Talk about fast. Next we found a wonderful 3 year old house with a good bit of property and made an offer. Natalie encouraged us to go through all the proper motions of getting the house inspected, tested, and proven that this house was the right fit for us. I am so glad I listened to that reasoning because results came back positive for METH!?! “Phew” dodged a bullet there. Thanks Nat. We then found a beautiful brand new build home for the same price but BETTER. Bigger house, Bigger property, 3 car garage, the works… We again made an offer and began our journey. However the day before signing our title company suffered a cyber attack and we were postponed yet again. I tell ya we must have broken a mirror or something with all the bad luck we were having. Again we were encouraged by our wisened realtor to be patient as she was confident that it would all work out. A week and a half later we were signed, given our keys, and cleared to move in. Due to the knowledge, patience, understanding, and optimism of Natalie(who also gave us a great deal for her services) we were able to not only find a home but the PERFECT home that fits our family like a glove. Thanks for serving our family with finesse and skill if she’s still in the business when we start looking again down the road she’ll be our first draft pick!
