We were introduced to Natalie through a friend. He had nothing but positive things to say about her. I was skeptical because I’ve had awful realtors in the past and wanted to buy my next home without anyone’s help. Natalie went above and beyond in this call of duty! She is very knowledgeable, always available to take me to see homes, and most importantly, I valued her opinion. We found our home less than a month of searching and looking at many homes. My previous experience took a year because our schedules couldn’t accommodate seeing homes as often and quickly. It’s my pleasure to write this review and recommend Natalie to everyone. I want everyone to have the fantastic experience I had with Natalie. She is knowledgeable in the industry, she takes your budget into consideration, and always found homes within the criteria and under budget, she showed up on time, when I didn’t like a home, she was happy to move on to the next home quickly, she’s always happy every time I saw her, she made sure to turn off lights and locked doors for every home we visited, she was happy to write offers below asking price in this hot market and was firm with our needs and wants. This is a second home for me and was not expecting for things to move quickly. She talked us through all the stages in the process and sent recommendations of inspectors, home warranties etc. I don’t really know what she could improve on. I’ve told her, I’m sold and will not use anyone else when I buy my next home. Thanks for giving us a wonderful experience!!!!

Natalie set a bar for customer experience so high that I think I will disappointed with the next person. She was very proactive, great in objection handling, and continuous thought leadership. She accommodated a lot of changes on our side and always helped achieve our goal. Overall she redefined a great customer experience. Where do I even begin to tell everyone how incredible Natalie is to work with. She went above and beyond for us and made sure we understood every step of the real estate transaction. She kept us updated and let us know frequently when there were and weren’t answers to questions. She was ALWAYS available!! I think that’s so important in a real estate transaction.
