She provide advice on ways we could get the highest possible sale price for our home including timing of listing and removing items from our home ahead of the listing to make it even more attractive for buyers. This was the first time we sold a home and had ample time to move into our new home thanks to her negotiating skills. Her advice allowed us to be much more relaxed and enjoy the journey.
