We called Natalie in March to look at our house and show us a cost effective way to prepare our house for sale. The end of April she called us and asked how we’re were doing and stopped by to see how we were doing. She helped us stage our home and suggested we listed it with a “coming soon” and a couple weeks later we put it on the market. We got a full price offer the first day.
