Natalie is welcoming from the first moment! She listened to what we thought we wanted, made great recommendations, and actively worked throughout our search and purchase process to make sure we were satisfied. She's responsive to questions and super friendly. We had no idea what we were doing half the time and relied on her constantly to explain things and coordinate with other people. She made us feel comfortable and we now count her as a friend. And we LOVE our new place!
