Natalie Cramer was recommended to us by Church family, and we could not have been more pleased with our home buying experience! My first impression of Natalie was one of genuine warmth coupled with a steady professionalism. Her knowledge of the market and home buying process was amazing. She stayed on top of every aspect of the sale, from the contract with its escalation clause to the extensions and addendums. If we had a question she either had the answer or she got it pronto! It was a joy to communicate with Natalie, she was professional yet friendly and approachable. She responded to calls, texts, and emails without fail, and was never late. Everyone knows you need the inspections etc. when looking to purchase a home, well Natalie has it covered. Insurance quotes? She has recommendations there as well (which we went with by the way). I think my favorite story to tell regarding the home buying process really encompasses what it means to be a great realtor. We scheduled a second walkthrough, and while there my 5 year old goddaughter (of course) needed to use the bathroom. I'm thinking of what to say, since we are in an empty house... Nope! Not a problem because our realtor keeps TP in her car for just that reason! It's funny yes, but it also speaks to how well prepared Natalie is. She is thinking ahead and doing everything she can to make our homebuying experience a smooth and painless one. Natalie, it was so much more than that; it was a joy and an adventure and we cannot thank you enough! I can honestly say we found our true home and I don't think we could have done it without you!
