I will start with saying that I was very skeptical to buy a new home. I knew nothing about buying a home and didn't know where to start. I called the ad number on a house we were interested and Natalie just happened to be the agent. Natalie was very personable and easy to talk to. The home we viewed was not our dream home. Natalie asked what we liked and what our needs and expectations were for a home. Within days Natalie found a house that we maybe would be interested in. The house was still under construction. Natalie talked to the builder and obtained all the information we needed. Natalie explained all the procedures in buying a new home and set up a time line for every step of the way. Natalie is very dependable with communication. She has so much knowledge about the market of homes around our area. Natalie also supplied us with numbers and options for movers and house cleaners, measured for blinds, set up meeting around our schedule and other things too numerous to mention. We are very grateful to have Natalie as our agent. She is very knowledgeable, kind, available, helpful and goes out of her way to make buying a home an easy and fun experience.
