Natalie brings 7 years of experience in the real estate industry and native fluency in Spanish and English. She has worked in the multi-family sector as an asset management analyst, an assistant property manager at a multi-million dollar lease up, and an asset manager in the manufactured housing community. She graduated with honors from the University of North Texas earning a BBA in Real Estate Finance, a certification in Residential Property Management, and subsequently an MBA in Business Management. Her passion for real estate, people, and helping others achieve their goals, inspired Natalie to become a Realtor®. For several years now, she has also been teaching as an adjunct professor on faculty at the University of North Texas G. Brint Ryan College of Business (an AACSB accredited business school) and to date, several hundred students have passed through her classroom. She is a part of the Finance, Insurance, Real Estate and Law (FIREL) department and teaches real estate, finance, and professional development courses.
With real estate being her passion and area of expertise, Natalie naturally loves to meet new people and help clients throughout the DFW metroplex with all of their real estate needs. She makes sure to keep clients up to date on rules, regulations, interest rate fluctuations, and above all, keeps them informed on market shifts and trends. Natalie takes every opportunity she can to have a positive influence on others and make a lasting impact on her community and sphere of influence. Natalie is a member of the Collin County Associations of Realtors®, the University of North Texas Dallas Chapter Alumni Association Steering Committee, the Texas Young Professionals Network, and the Delta Gamma Alumni Association. She fully commits to her clients and relentlessly works to make sure she does everything in her power to help them achieve their homeownership, sales, and investment goals. She endeavors to continually grow as a person by surrounding herself with hard working and passionate servant leaders. Natalie’s spare time is filled with family, friends, and of course, her two big, adorable rescue dogs (her fur babies, Daisy and Dixie!) She also loves cycling, running, cooking, pilates, and trying new restaurants.
