Originally an Alaska-based snowbird, I moved to Miami full time in 2008 after many years of traveling back and forth. My personal understanding of what it’s like to relocate to a whole new state, combined with deep Miami market knowledge, continues to benefit my clients at all levels. I’ve always loved to travel and consider Miami the perfect hub to points both North and South—a place where diverse and beautiful cultures come together. Prior to entering real estate, I ran a successful business in Alaska for more than 20 years. Dedication to customer satisfaction and care have always been at the core of my service promise. A complete renovation on my own property taught me a lot about architecture, design and construction. The experience was also the final push that inspired me to become a Realtor. A First Time Sellers Dream

I decided to try and list my home for sale by owner and quickly realized in this market I needed help! Natalie was one of the realtors who reached out and I was immediately impressed with her professionalism and positivity. As the property was my first time selling there were items I wasn’t clear on or needed clarifying and Natalie always had the answer.
