As a 20 year navy veteran moved several times while in the Service have bought 3 houses after retiring never had much of a problem. The buying of this house and property as been the worst experience yet. The only good thing was dealing with my realitor Natalie. Neither Natalie our myself have ever had to deal with the problems associated with the buying of this property from a water test that was lost several times. A Property appraisal that took 4 weeks and constant badgering and then had to be redone because the bank didn't like the verbage. A banker who constantly lost papers then when they receive them waited 2 months to even review them and decide they wanted something different refused to put request in writing or the answers in writing as far as facts and figures to back it up. He was very evasive and unprofessional. Through all the problems And there were many, not the least of my which were my constant calls with questions that I couldn't get answers to, her professionalism and Cheerful personality Were the only thing that kept us from pulling out of this deal several times in frustration. I will happily recommend her to anyone, be they family friends our acquaintance that are looking for a property. We can not thank her enough and would like to apologize for all the problems she had to deal with this purchase.

Natalie was a professional right from the beginning. She understands the market well and was confident and reliable with the sale of our home. She even went the extra mile assisting with pet care during home showings (when we couldn't be there) and oversaw the packing up of our home by the relocation company, making sure nothing was left behind and that our items were handled according to our wishes.
