Natalie was the best realtor we could ever ask for!!! She went above and beyond to find the house that we were looking for. We had 2 other realtors before her and they were both lazy and would only show houses they were interested in on their time. We were finding houses for sale not the other way around. Then we went on Angies List and seen the great reviews about Natalie. Boy were they right!! She is so friendly and makes you feel like you are family. She honestly wants you to be happy with your new home and will go out of her way to find it for you! We were very fussy and and both me and my husband each wanted different things. She was able to find several homes to fit what we were looking for. When we finally found the one, we had a difficult seller. Natalie put in so much time,effort and her own personal negotiation skills to complete the sale. Would I recommend Natalie...YES!!!! I wouldn't buy or sell a house ever again without her!!!!!
Natalie is amazing and we don't know what we would have done without her! She is a superb realtor with local knowledge of the Central Florida area. She was always willing to take a phone call and visited several groups of properties with us as we tried to narrow down our house selection. She went to bat for us with the sellers, and her electronic filing process made everything very easy and able to be done from remote. When issues came up with the Title for the house we bought, Natlie was absolutely indispensable, going the extra mile to drive to utility companies and have letters drafted, exceeding our expectations and making up for the inadequacies of the seller's Title company.
